HR Generalist - Apprenticeship
With Mélodie - HR Manager and Lauriane - Atomic's HR Director, the Human Resources Department is responsible for recruitment, payroll, training, as well as the entire employee and manager experience within Atomic, from onboarding to off-boarding.
Missions
In your daily work, you will be accompanied and work directly with Lauriane.
Your main missions will be the management of personnel administration and payroll, recruitment and training.
- Personnel administration (50%)
Establish employment contracts and amendments
manage the mandatory medical appointment
manage apprentice contracts and internship agreements with schools
setting up and following up apprentice paperwork with the OPCO (AFDAS)
manage and monitor visas
ensure the follow-up of trial periods
prepare employees’ paperwork
setting up insurance files (AUDIENS)
- Payroll (30%)
check the insurance’s subscription
set up and track transportation refunds
order meal tickets
manage and track absences and remote work
control the elements of payroll variables
manage the end of contract documents
- Recruitment (10%)
write job descriptions in collaboration with the managers
publish the offers on various job boards
sort out the applications
follow the recruitment process
- Training (10%)
consolidate employee requests
validate the priorities with the managers
select and choose service providers
set up and follow up the OPCO financing files
Profil
- You are preparing a Master 1 or 2 in the field of Human Resources
- You have initial experience in administrative and payroll matters
- You have knowledge of labor and employment law
- Experience in recruitment and employer branding is a plus
- Your soft skills: organized, rigorous / detail & solution-oriented, proactive and have good interpersonal skills

Recruitment process
- HR call with Lauriane or Mélodie (20 minutes)
- Technical interview with Melodie (visio - 1hour)
- Fit interview with Lauriane (at the office - 1 hour)
