Sales Account Executive
The Sales Department's mission is to sell AR experiences on social networks, Web and mobile applications. The team is composed of 3 talents (Mid, Lead, Manager) friendly, proactive and "problem solver". On a daily basis, you will be accompanied by a Lead and will work with all the production teams.
Missions
Your main mission will be to create new business opportunities and accompany the process of signing a project.
- Generate new business opportunities (40%): by prospecting, identifying new needs, targeting prospects, maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Qualify (define business objectives, timeline and budget) and orient (UX) the client's needs (15%),
- Define the specifications from the client's needs to the internal teams (Production) (10%),
- Participate in the feasibility evaluation process (15%): technical, creative, financial, administrative, production & timing,
- Present the offer and negotiate (15%): financial, timing and quality of the project
- Follow the projects via Hubspot (5%).
Our expectations onboarding +90 days 🎯:
→ about 30 qualified prospections (by making contact and/or RDV),
→ develop high understanding of the augmented reality (AR) sector, brands, content and social media platforms,
→ Mastering of our CRM tool (Hubspot),
→ autonomy from the qualification of the clients demands to the follow-up of the projects.
Profil
- You have a significant experience in project management,
- You have already worked on a CRM tool,
- You master the basics of negotiation techniques,
- You are fluent in English (comprehension, oral and writing),
- Your soft skills: good interpersonal skills, you have or know how to create a potential contact base/network, a creative sensitivity and understanding of new AR technologies is a plus.
